A Note of Thanks to Costa Rica Cónsul General, Anelena Soley Loria

My move from Chicago is quick approaching– not leaving allot of time for blogging about the move itself. Details of the move will follow, but I am compelled to take a moment to publicly offer my sincere gratitude to the office of Costa Rica Cónsul General, Anelena Soley Loria.

Bill y Junior Clanton y Cónsul General, Anelena Soley Loria in the Chicago Costa Rica Consulate

The Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores de Costa Rica (or Ministry of Foreign Affairs) was kind enough to assign Cónsul General Soley to the Chicago Costa Rica Consulate where Ms. Soley and her staff offer a level of personal and professional service second to none.

Costa Rica’s Chicago consulate office personnel are always helpful and Cónsul General Soley personally attends to any questions that require her knowledge and expertise while offering invaluable advice and information to me and my family toward a comfortable and informed relocation.

Cónsul General Soley and her staff are truly great representatives for the country of Costa Rica and all it has to offer!

FYI:  In doing my research toward a better understanding of the Costa Rica government, the following hierarchy* is responsible for the great services offered via the Consulado de Costa Rica en Chicago;

Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores de Costa Rica (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

Sr. Bruno Stagno Ugarte, Señor Ministro (desp_min@rree.go.cr)

↓Sr. Victor Manuel Monge Chacon, Director de Servicio Exterior (vmmonge@rree.go.cr)

↓Lic. Ana Lucía Nassar Soto, Diplomática de Carrera (anassar@rree.go.cr)

↓H.E. F. Tomás Dueñas, Ambassador- USA/EEUU (ambassador@costarica-embassy.org)

↓Roberto Avendano, Counselor and Consul – USA/Washington, D.C. (ravendano@costarica-embassy.org)

>Anelena Soley Loría, Cónsul General – USA/Chicago, IL (crchi@sbcglobal.net)

*If the above hierarchy information is incorrect, please bring it to my attention for immediate correction(s).
